Captain America: Civil War movie and “controversial” ending?
For some time now the directors of Captain America: Civil War have been teasing the film and not to mention its apparently dramatic ending...
There are only two months away from us and the next movie in the Marvel cinematic universe, Captain America: Civil War. Following their success with Captain America: The Winter Soldier, back again are Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr who headlined the film, and Anthony Russo to direct once again.
The pair has been chatting in the latest issue of Empire magazine, about the new film, teasing the ramifications of the movie.
According to Joe Russo, “the consequences of Civil War will have an even more significant impact [than Captain America: The Winter Soldier]. In Civil War, we’re going to change the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Psychology, and it’s an extreme shift”
He also added: “Winter Soldier was a political thriller; this is a psychological thriller”.
The line which will echo for two months in the heads of all Captain America’s fans came from Anthony Russo. He shared that the film will have a “very dramatic ending that will be controversial for a lot of people”. Try to make of that what you will.
At the end of April arrives Captain America: Civil War in UK cinemas. I know I can’t wait, how about you?
